JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for performing activity assessments and establishing goals for patients, replenishing supplies, providing adaptive clothing, keeping stats sheets, and assisting PT/PTA/OT/COTA/ST in supportive way with patient treatments.

This position requires providing services to one or more age populations, including neonate through geriatric, in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served.

This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Hospital. It is expected that the employee demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values while supporting the strategic plan, goals, and direction of the Performance Improvement / Patient Safety Plan at Blessing Hospital.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Training/Experience:

REQUIRED:

• High School Diploma OR equivalency
• Must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate specific PT/ OT/ ST program
• Written and verbal communication skills
