Overview
We are seeking a Software Consultant to support clients in implementing and optimizing software solutions within a fast-paced, low-code development environment. This role requires a strong technical foundation along with excellent communication and client-facing skills.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working with multiple clients, translating technical concepts into clear business solutions, and helping organizations improve processes through modern software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to understand business needs and recommend software solutions

• Configure, implement, and support applications within a low-code platform environment

• Translate technical concepts into clear explanations for non-technical stakeholders and business leaders

• Manage multiple client engagements and maintain strong client relationships

• Assist with system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and user support

• Collaborate with internal development and product teams to deliver effective solutions

• Document system requirements, workflows, and implementation details

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field preferred

• Experience working in a technical, software implementation, or consulting role

• Strong communication and client-facing skills

• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with low-code or no-code platforms

• Experience supporting software implementations or system integrations

• Background working with business process automation or workflow tools
