This role is responsible for managing key client accounts and driving IT asset lifecycle solutions that create business value for clients while maximizing revenue and margin. You will partner with cross-functional sales and finance teams to identify opportunities, develop tailored ITAD strategies, and execute end-to-end account management. This position emphasizes consultative selling, C-level engagement, and strategic planning to support complex client environments. You will maintain deep knowledge of IT asset disposition trends, competitive offerings, and financial models, ensuring clients receive optimal solutions. The environment is fast-paced, remote, and highly collaborative, requiring strong negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. Success in this role directly impacts revenue growth, client satisfaction, and market positioning.
Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, focusing on IT asset disposition solutions and lifecycle management.
Identify, pursue, and close new opportunities, while expanding existing client relationships.
Develop and execute account plans, manage pipelines, and align with internal sales, finance, and technical teams.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their IT landscape, business challenges, and operational requirements.
Support proposal development, deal negotiations, and contract execution, including statements of work and pricing models.
Maintain competitive intelligence to strategically position offerings and anticipate client needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and post-sale account management.
5+ years of advanced sales experience in IT asset management, ITAD, or technology solutions.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; extensive industry experience may substitute.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing complex B2B accounts.
Deep knowledge of ITAD services, financial models, and industry trends.
Strong consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to develop end-to-end solutions tailored to client needs, including requirements documentation and SOWs.
Collaborative, self-motivated, and capable of working in a remote, high-performance environment.
Preferred: Experience with cross-functional account coordination, consultative sales in IT finance or leasing, and global client engagement.
