This role is designed for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who will drive operational excellence across HR and Talent Acquisition systems. You will be at the center of maintaining clean, accurate, and compliant people data while delivering high-quality support to employees and candidates. The position involves analyzing data, resolving discrepancies, and supporting end-to-end HR processes, including projects, audits, and system enhancements. You will collaborate cross-functionally with HR teams and stakeholders to optimize workflows, implement AI-driven solutions, and enhance the employee experience. This role requires excellent problem-solving, consulting, and communication skills to influence outcomes and strengthen governance.
Own and manage the day-to-day HR service queue, triaging requests, providing status updates, escalating as needed, and continuously improving service experience.
Deliver a high-touch, consultative support experience by partnering with HR program owners and business stakeholders to guide employees and candidates through processes.
Maintain and update employee and candidate records across HR and Talent Acquisition systems, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data discrepancies, performing root-cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to protect data integrity.
Support HR projects, including requirements gathering, risk identification, testing, and implementation of programs and process improvements.
Maintain clear, audit-ready documentation including SOPs, desk procedures, and knowledge content, while contributing operational insights for process optimization.
Assist in implementing new policies, procedures, and AI-driven solutions to enhance HR workflows and employee experiences.
Provide occasional global support outside of normal working hours when required.
2+ years of experience in HR, operations, customer support, or related field with a Bachelor’s degree, or 4+ years of relevant experience.
Experience with HRIS systems, specifically Workday.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas) and experience with support platforms like Zendesk preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to identify patterns, root causes, and process improvements.
Excellent communication and consulting skills, capable of building relationships and influencing stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively across global, cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
Curiosity for emerging technologies and interest in leveraging AI to improve HR operations.
Preferred: Experience in a centralized, global People Services team and familiarity with HR operational best practices.
