We’re looking for an Internet Sales & Owner Loyalty Manager to help drive that mission.This role sits right at the center of our lead generation, follow-up process, and service-to-sales opportunities.Responsibilities:

• Manage our internet sales process and ensure leads are worked quickly and correctly
• Confirm daily CRM activities including follow-up, videos, appointment setting, and task completion
• Backfill the team on days off and help ensure no opportunities are missed
• Work the service drive as the primary Sales Consultant for Service-to-Sales conversions
• Identify opportunities with current owners for upgrades, equity positions, and trade-ins
• Help maintain accountability with the sales team regarding lead management and follow-up

• Comfortable communicating with customers through phone, text, email, and video
• Someone who can build relationships with existing customers and service clients
