Certified Rehabilitation Recovery Specialist

- Maintain accurate and detailed case records and documentation

- Collaborate with team members and external stakeholders to optimize client outcomes

- Provide guidance and support to clients navigating complex systems

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, healthcare, or related field (Master’s preferred)

- Proven experience in case management, social services, or related roles

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism

- Knowledge of community resources, healthcare systems, and social services

- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
