Marketing Manager (Huntsville) at Bubbles Express Car Wash – Huntsville, Alabama

Are you a sharp executor with an eye for detail and the energy to move fast? We're looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team and help take our marketing and brand execution to the next level.

In this role, you’ll help lead the marketing department by coordinating campaigns, vendor relationships, ordering and project timelines. You’ll be the key person between our support team, creative partners, and site operations ensuring marketing initiatives and campaigns are delivered with consistency, speed, and attention to detail.

What You’ll Do:

• Protect the Brand – Uphold our visual identity standards across the organization, ensuring all print materials, campaigns, and vendor deliverables reflect the Bubbles Express brand.
• Support Creative Execution – Partner with the support team to assist with creative fulfillment, campaign rollout, and initiatives that elevate our marketing presence.
• Lead the Team – Provide oversight and direction for the marketing department, ensuring projects stay organized, and on schedule.
• Track Performance – Monitor marketing ROI and ensure budget compliance, using performance data to make informed decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
• Own Project Management – Maintain weekly, monthly, quarterly project logs, monthly marketing site inspections and campaign timelines to ensure marketing initiatives move forward efficiently and deadlines are consistently met.
• Manage Partnerships & Events – Support public relations efforts, coordinate events, maintain vendor relationships, and assist with marketing calendar planning.
• Attend Bubbles Monthly Safety Meeting - First Thursday each month.
• Turn Insights Into Results – Leverage CRM data and campaign analytics to identify trends, optimize performance, and drive smarter marketing decisions.

What You’ll Need:

• 3+ years of marketing experience (Car Wash Industry Experience Preferred)
• Experience managing multi channel campaigns (digital, social and print)
• Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and turn insights into action
• Experienced in vendor coordination, digital strategy, and reporting
• Graphic design and social media experience is a plus!
