Digital Marketing Specialist at Costa Vida – Pleasant Grove, Utah

Win Brands is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist, primarily focused on marketing automations and email marketing, to execute customer communications and digital marketing campaigns for the Costa Vida and FatCats brands. This role focuses on building and deploying email, SMS, and automated customer journeys through CRM marketing platforms for both local store promotions and brand-wide initiatives, while supporting the broader marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute CRM marketing campaigns and automated customer journeys through email, SMS, and other digital channels.
• Manage campaign setup, scheduling, testing, and deployment within CRM marketing platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting, analysis, and optimization.
• Support digital marketing campaigns for Costa Vida and FatCats in collaboration with the broader marketing team.
• Execute campaigns for both franchisee and corporate locations, supporting local store marketing as well as brand-level initiatives.
• Assist with SEO and online review management, ensuring accurate store listings and customer-facing information.
• Maintain campaign calendars and coordinate campaign launches with internal teams.
• Ensure all marketing communications meet brand standards and quality guidelines.
• Provide additional marketing and campaign support as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing.
• Experience with CRM platforms, email marketing tools, or marketing automation systems preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
