Job Description
Step into a role where your expertise keeps entire communities running safely, comfortably, and efficiently. As our HVAC & Facilities Specialist, you won’t just fix systems—you’ll elevate how our buildings perform and directly impact the quality of life for the residents who call them home.
In this senior, roving role, you’ll lead efforts to strengthen HVAC performance and build a proactive, preventative maintenance culture across our portfolio. You’ll partner closely with on-site maintenance teams and external vendors, helping define what work is handled in-house, building internal technical capability, and stepping in when advanced or specialized work is needed. Your knowledge becomes a resource that empowers others and raises the bar across every site.
Beyond HVAC, you’ll play a key role in supporting our communities day-to-day—jumping in where needed, preparing sites for inspections, and ensuring consistency in maintenance practices. Working alongside the Director of Facilities, you’ll help shape standards, refine processes, and ensure all building systems operate safely, reliably, and efficiently.
This is more than a technical role—it’s an opportunity to bring leadership, problem-solving, and purpose together to make a lasting impact across multiple communities.
