Overview:
Seeking an experienced AEM Solution Architect to assess a vendor-built AEM as a Cloud Service platform, identify risks, and define a scalable long-term support and governance model. This role starts with a platform assessment and continues as a strategic advisor.

• Evaluate AEM architecture, identify risks, and recommend improvements
• Define support model (internal/vendor/hybrid) and transition plan
• Lead design for AEM Sites, Assets, and Forms
• Establish governance, documentation, and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and guide stakeholders
• Provide input on vendor management and technical decisions

• 8–10 years in digital platform architecture / ECM
• Strong hands-on AEM experience
• Expertise in Java, Sling, Dispatcher
• Experience with complex, customized platforms
• Strong communication and documentation skills

• AEM Cloud Service & DevOps experience
• Governance and vendor transition experience
• Adobe certifications
