Supervisor, Overnight at Arms Acres Inc – Carmel, New York

Overnight Tuesday-Sat 12am-8:30am

• Provide leadership and direction to supervisors and staff while motivating and interacting with employees to achieve continuous improvement.
• Oversee and support employees in day-to-day operations.
• Maintain scheduling for the evening shift to ensure coverage.
• Develop supervisors and staff on expectations and ensure follow-through.
• Perform administrative duties and reporting.

• High School diploma with one to three years of supervisory and substance abuse treatment experience. CASAC credential a plus
• At least 3 years managing and developing a team
• Proven leadership skills a must
• Organizational skills a must
• Ability to make decisions for daily operations rapidly and successfully
• Taking responsibility for the evening shift of the organization
