Overview
Seeking a Litigation Attorney with experience in foreclosure and real estate law to handle litigation, title review, and court appearances.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle foreclosure litigation matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents
• Review title issues and resolve defects
• Represent clients in court, hearings, and depositions
• Conduct legal research and discovery
• Manage multiple cases and meet deadlines

Skills

• Strong legal writing and research
• Courtroom experience
• Ability to manage high caseload

Requirements

• J.D. and Massachusetts Bar (active)
• 3–5 years of civil litigation experience
• Experience in foreclosure, real estate, or creditor rights
• Knowledge of FDCPA, RESPA, TILA (preferred)
