The Position:

We're looking for a passionate IT Analyst to join our Information Technology (IT) Shared Services Team. The IT Analyst is primarily responsible for:

• Providing technical and application support to user departments.
• Responsible for Tier 1 and 2 support of applications and other IT devices, equipment, and systems.
• Troubleshoots problems within a department and outside vendors. Coordinates and notifies department of down time and anticipated changes.
• Assist with implementing policies and procedures to comply with regulatory requirements, i.e. HIPAA, CMS, State of Hawaii Department of Health, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Health Care or related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Two year of professional experience equivalent to an Information Technology Technician.
