Supply Specialist #8360 at St. Clair Hospital – Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Summary

While performing duties related to St. Clair Hospital and according to specific policies and procedures, this position is responsible for receiving, storing and distributing hospital supplies and equipment (e.g., delivering oxygen tanks to various units, stocking and exchanging CPR carts, performing IV pars, and materials management clinical inventory equipment). The Supply Specialist also has responsibility for entering patient charges for such devices into computer system.

Minimum Qualifications

1. High school graduate or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Fundamental understanding of personal computers and familiarity with the Windows operating system.
2. Analytical ability to gather and interpret data to maintain storeroom records.
