About the role

Char’d is looking for dependable, energetic Team Members to join our crew at our brick-and-mortar location! As a Team Member, you’ll be part of a fast-paced, high-energy environment, serving up bold, flavorful food while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a positive, welcoming attitude
• Take accurate orders and operate the register/POS system
• Prepare food items to Char’d standards, maintaining quality and consistency
• Keep work areas and common areas clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Support your team during busy shifts with flexibility and enthusiasm
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
• Assist with restocking, opening/closing tasks, and general upkeep of the restaurant
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and maintain reliable attendance

Requirements:

• Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality — showing up on time is a must
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to learn and take on various roles as needed
• Prior restaurant or food service experience is a plus, but not required
