About This Position
Florida | ?? Full-Time | $30,000 Base + Commission + Bonuses
We’re sitting on $500,000+ in unconverted proposals every month.
These are not cold leads. These are qualified homeowners and commercial clients who have already received pricing from our on site consultative team.
We’re looking for a professional who can step in, follow up, and turn existing opportunities into revenue.
What You’ll Do
- Follow up on open / unconverted proposals
- Re-engage clients and move decisions forward
- Close deals over the phone with confidence and professionalism
- Identify and secure upsell & cross-sell opportunities
- Maintain accurate, detailed CRM documentation (required)
- Work alongside reps to maximize overall close rate
- $30,000 Base Salary
- 2.5% Commission on closed revenue (shared with field reps)
- Monthly Bonus Structure:
- $100K Closed ? $1,000
- $200K Closed ? $2,500
- $300K Closed ? $5,000
- $400K Closed ? $6,500
- $500K Closed ? $7,500
- $600K Closed ? $8,000
Strong performers will earn $8K–$15K/month
Structured to reward production while maintaining team alignment
This role is built around true sales influence.
Commission is earned when:
- You have a meaningful conversation with the client
- You move the deal forward (handle objections, clarify scope, create urgency, collect deposit)
- Your activity is clearly documented in the CRM
Commission is not earned when:
- Deals close without your involvement
- Only voicemail/text/email attempts are made
- Deals are already approved or in final stages
Some deals may be:
- In HOA or board approval cycles
- Already progressing toward close
- Managed directly by field reps
These accounts may be worked, but commission applies only when the closer materially influences the outcome.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven phone sales closing experience
- Strong follow-up and objection-handling skills
- High level of organization and CRM discipline
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
- Tree care, landscaping, fertilization, or pest control
- Experience with service-based or home services sales
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Jobber or similar
- Order takers or customer service reps
- Candidates who struggle with follow-up
- Anyone uncomfortable asking for the sale
- Individuals who do not consistently document their work
- Warm, high-value pipeline (no cold calling)
- Clear expectations and measurable results
- Strong earning potential tied directly to performance
- Team-supported sales process
