BRENTWOOD - RN/LPN Needed for In-Home & School Care of Young Adult Male at Christian Nursing Registry Inc. – Brentwood, New York

Patient Details: The patient is a very sweet 18-year-old male diagnosed with cerebral palsy (CP), asthma, and a seizure disorder. He receives most of his nutrition via a gastrostomy tube (G-tube), though he can consume small amounts of food orally. Due to limited mobility and non-use of his lower extremities, he uses a wheelchair and attends school with appropriate accommodations.

Medical Needs:
• Vent
G-Tube
• Non-Ambulatory

Shifts Avail: • Days: Every other Saturday and every other Sunday 7am – 7pm
Payrates: $27 - $43/hour

Requirement:
Current New York State RN or LPN Nursing License
Experience with Vent
