About the Role:

Results-driven Construction Superintendent with 5+ years of experience managing on-site construction operations from start to finish. Proven ability to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards. Skilled in coordinating subcontractors, enforcing safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with design specifications. Adept at problem-solving and leading teams in fast-paced environments.

Core Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and coordinate subcontractors to maintain project schedules.
• Ensure all work aligns with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Conduct site inspections to identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Partner with project managers to track progress, manage resources, and adjust timelines.
• Lead safety meetings and enforce OSHA compliance standards.
• Oversee on-site personnel, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure productivity.
• Act as the main on-site liaison between clients, architects, and engineers.
• Maintain detailed records including daily logs, safety reports, and project milestones.

Work Environment

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred).
• 5+ years of construction supervision experience.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• OSHA 30 Certification or Certified Construction Manager (CCM).
• Experience with project management and scheduling software.
• Experience using Procore is a strong plus.
• Experience managing large teams and complex projects.
• Knowledge of sustainable/green building practices.
