About This Position
Metz Culinary Management is growing, and seeking a Rock Star Catering Sales and Event Coordinator. This is a great opportunity to show off your hospitality and attention to detail while building relationships with new and previous clients, coordinating the event logistics and contributing to the overall Catering Business Development.
Our catering events range from small casual business lunches to amazing and extravagant black tie events. Our event coordinator must be able to negotiate pricing, assist with menu selection and decor. Must be able to read, write, use simple math, follow and give oral and written instructions. Ability to work quickly and be efficient utilizing office equipment including PC, Microsoft Office Suite and be able to roll up sleeves and jump in where needed.
