In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for managing some of the most strategic accounts within the transportation sector. Your expertise will drive revenue growth through consultative sales and effective account management. You will interact with key stakeholders, ensuring service levels are met while fostering lasting client relationships. Accountabilities
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans for named clients.
  • Grow revenue within strategic accounts through effective sales strategies.
  • Identify cross-functional resources needed to capitalize on opportunities.
  • Conduct quarterly and annual client business reviews.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with customers to provide superior service.
  • Document and manage action plans for assigned accounts.
  • Analyze customer programs and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Stay updated on competitors' offerings and market trends.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 7-10 years of experience in sales account management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and time efficiently.
  • Professional demeanor with strong networking capabilities.
  • Experience in the transportation industry is a plus.
