• $33.00/hour + incentives
• Guaranteed 40 hours/week
• Monday – Thursday schedule (4 days/week!)
• Home Daily — no long hauls or overnights away from home

Final compensation is based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

This is a Cover Driver position, stepping in for regular Line Haul Drivers during vacations or absences. When covering routes, you’ll:

• Start routes typically around 12:00 AM
• Drive from Edwardsville, KS to depot locations and back
• Focus strictly on driving — no loading/unloading required (handled by warehouse staff)

When not covering routes, you’ll stay active by:

• Moving trailers and trucks as a yard jockey
• Assisting with warehouse operations, including case handling

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Operate vehicles safely and in compliance with all DOT regulations
• Complete required paperwork (logbooks, DVIR, etc.)
• Plan routes and ensure proper documentation for transport
• Secure cargo according to safety standards
• Maintain clean, organized equipment and workspace
• Report incidents and communicate with dispatch
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies

• Valid Class A CDL (REQUIRED)
• Doubles/Triples Endorsement (REQUIRED)
• At least 1 year of driving experience
• DOT certification
• Must be 21 years or older
• Flexibility to work overnight, early morning, or evening shifts

• Frequent walking, bending, reaching, and standing
• Ability to lift, push, or carry up to 56 lbs
• Comfortable working in both driving and warehouse environments
• Willingness to work additional hours during peak seasons (Oct–Dec)
