Team & Position Description:
Filter Services, Inc./Mission Filtration is hiring a Seasonal Coil Cleaning Technician for the months of (March-October) with option to move to full-time employment.
As a Seasonal Coil Cleaning Technician, you will travel to commercial and industrial facilities around the Chicagoland area in a company vehicle. In which you will perform air filter change-outs and or use company provided equipment to clean heating and air conditioning units (condenser/evaporator coils), commonly located on the roof of the building. We generally work weekdays, with overtime and weekends available.
We’re looking for someone who can come in with experience in coil cleaning, cottonwood screen installation and lead and train a team. Must have experience leading a team and with HVAC experience.

- Previously in construction or roofing, carpentry, cable TV/ alarm installers or similar
- Mechanically inclined
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older to be considered
- Hold a valid State Driver's License with no major driving violations
- Ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English
- Clean criminal background
- MUST be willing to work Weekends and Overtime as needed
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50-75 pounds on a daily basis
- Must be comfortable climbing ladders and working heights
- 99% of our daily duties are performed outdoors must be comfortable and willing to work in all types of weather conditions e.g. hot days, rain, wind etc.
- Experience working with Pressure Washing Equipment is a plus but willing to train the right candidate.
- Experience hauling 10' x 15' Utility Trailers is a plus but willing to train the right candidate
- Experience driving a 16ft-20ft box truck is a plus but willing to train the right candidate
