- Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday, 1st Shift
- Pay: Starting at $18.00/hour (hourly, full-time)

What You’ll Do (hands‑on work)
- Work in a work cell team on our temperature‑controlled production floor on one of our high-volume product lines.
- Use hand tools and soldering irons (we train you) to repair and upgrade automotive and heavy-duty vehicle circuit boards.
- Replace faulty components and rework boards so they’re better than new.
- Follow clear repair instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures (PPE provided, as needed).
No Electronics Background?
- That’s okay! We’ll train you from the ground up as long as you’re willing to work hard and learn on the job.
What we’re looking for (Qualifications & Fit)
- Entry level: Some work history is strongly preferred (any hands‑on, production, warehouse, restaurant, retail, or similar work).
- No prior experience: electronics or soldering experience is not required, just a willingness to learn and a desire to work hard.
- Reliability: on time and consistent attendance. Your team should be able to count on you every day.
- Comfortable with hand tools and able to follow written instructions and write simple, clear repair notes.
- Open to learning:
- Component identification
- Thru‑hole and surface‑mount soldering
- Basic troubleshooting and final test steps
