Primary Functions:

• Position is responsible for loading racks on workbars.
• Ensures rackers are following production schedules and that required materials are in place allowing rackers to meet production requirements.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Read the production board.
• Read and understand routers.
• Follow work instructions.
• Cross train and rack and unload when needed.
• Required to comply with all work, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures.
• May be required to perform other duties at the direction of the Shift Supervisor.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be able to read and follow written work instructions.
• Attention to detail and quality a must. Must be able to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
• Must maintain prompt and regular attendance.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of management and plant employees both verbally and in written form.
• Position requires significant standing, and ability to bend, squat and move frequently throughout the day.
• Understands the environmental directives of EPC.
• Understands the environmental impact of their division.
