We’re looking for a HUB Manager to take ownership of our Sacramento distribution hub and drive the day-to-day execution that keeps everything moving. This isn’t just about managing a warehouse—it’s about leading people, optimizing performance, and building a high-functioning operation from the ground up.
You’ll play a key role in shaping how inventory flows, how teams perform, and how we scale.
What You’ll Own
Run the Operation
- Lead all daily warehouse activities: receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, shipping, and returns
- Deliver on key metrics like order accuracy, on-time fulfillment, and throughput
- Manage staffing, labor planning, and workflow priorities to hit volume targets
- Own execution on-site—identify risks early and keep operations running smoothly
- Maintain a safe, organized, and high-performing environment
Drive Inventory Excellence
- Ensure high inventory accuracy through cycle counts and disciplined processes
- Optimize slotting, replenishment, and warehouse layout
- Partner with Procurement and Inventory teams to keep product flowing
- Reduce shrink, aging inventory, and discrepancies through proactive action
Use Data to Win
- Maintain clean, accurate system transactions across all inventory movement
- Leverage dashboards and data to guide daily decisions
- Ensure strong system discipline across receiving, transfers, and shipping
Improve Everything
- Track and improve KPIs across safety, service, productivity, and quality
- Lead daily huddles and performance reviews that actually drive results
- Identify root causes—not just symptoms—and implement lasting fixes
- Continuously find ways to improve efficiency and reduce cost
Lead and Build Your Team
- Coach, develop, and lead warehouse associates and supervisors
- Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training
- Build a culture rooted in ownership, safety, and continuous improvement
Collaborate Across the Network
- Work closely with Transportation, Procurement, Inventory, and Customer Ops
- Coordinate inbound/outbound schedules and dock activity
- Support new product launches and operational readiness
- Provide insights on capacity, performance gaps, and growth opportunities
Must-Have
- 5+ years in warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations
- 2+ years leading teams in a fulfillment or warehouse environment
- Strong understanding of inventory management and warehouse workflows
- Experience working in fast-paced, KPI-driven environments
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in high-growth or multi-site operations
- Familiarity with WMS, ERP systems, or tools like ServiceTitan
- Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement background
- Experience launching or scaling warehouse operations
