You will act as a high-ticket specialist, transforming the vision of elite clients into meditative retreats that offer a physiological reset. This role empowers you to design custom wellness ecosystemsfrom Nordic Hot Tubs to bespoke Finnish saunasfor the most discerning residents of the Hamptons. You are the architect of the healing journey, ensuring every luxury installation begins with technical precision and a deep understanding of health science.
How You Will Make an Impact- Architect high-value relationship structures with elite clients, guiding them from initial showroom "wet tests" to signed $100k+ project quotes.
- Design bespoke wellness trifectas by integrating Nordic Hot Tubs, Marquis Spas, and custom World Sauna Group technology into a cohesive client vision.
- Translate complex health science concepts, such as Contrast Therapy and cardiovascular benefits, into compelling sales narratives that resonate with luxury buyers.
- Secure the critical "First 20%" of the sales cycle, documenting all technical specifications to ensure a flawless handoff to the production team.
- Maintain strict margin integrity by utilizing Evosus Legacy to track leads and manage project profitability during the quoting phase.
- Collaborate with the Field General to align technical nuances and client expectations before construction begins to eliminate margin fade.
- Proven track record in high-ticket luxury sales, specifically within the home sanctuary or construction industry.
- Deep technical knowledge of high-performance jetting systems, clean-water technology, and infrared vs. traditional Finnish steam sauna technology.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex project quoting and lead tracking using Evosus Legacy or similar ERP systems.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak fluently to both high-net-worth clients and technical field leadership.
- Mastery of Nordic Hot Tub circular design and the Dual Therapy System (DTS) jetting balance.
- Expertise in bespoke sauna builds where the heater is positioned as the "heart of the experience."
- Experience in a "20/80 Handoff" sales model, focusing on the design-to-build transition.
