E-Commerce Account Associate
Position Summary
Are you passionate about the dynamic world of online retail? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for detail? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! As our E-Commerce Account Associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our Amazon store front.
Responsibilities
- Account Maintenance: Maintain our Amazon seller account, ensuring compliance with Amazon’s policies and guidelines.
- Listing Management: Create and maintain Amazon product listings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information and creative assets are published in a timely manner. This includes experimentation with merged listings and variations.
- SEO Optimization: Review and optimize listings for clarity and relevance, including writing SEO product descriptions and researching relevant keywords to be updated on a continuous basis.
- Content Management: Manage the creation and maintenance of A+ content and Amazon storefront modules with our Marketing team, providing creative briefs and managing implementation.
- Collaboration: Partner with our E-Commerce Director, Marketing, and 3rd-party Amazon Ads partners on ad strategies, including input on campaign products, keywords, and targeting.
- Problem Solving: Create and resolve tickets in Amazon Seller Central and Brand Registry as issues arise.
- Reporting: Maintain weekly and monthly reports on sales metrics to be analyzed with the E-Commerce Director.
- Cross-Training: Train on other E-commerce platforms as backup for fellow department members.

Requirements:Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 2 years of relevant experience with at least 1 year of direct experience working on Amazon Marketplace.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong Microsoft Excel intermediate level experience preferred.
- Experience with Shopify and Walmart a plus.
