About the role
- This position works with the Associate Media Director, Account Directors and Traffic Supervisor in the Unwired Media department to provide support on accounts from inception to completion.
What you'll do
- Sets up estimates in Media Ocean with proper campaign details
- Verify and maintain billing address/special billing instructions in PeopleSoft
- Liaises with Account Directors to send proposals to client with all pertinent documentation
- Pulls all final reports and reviews for accuracy
- Ensures all orders are processed and confirmed by buying team prior to start of campaign
- Reconciles final client and vendor billing packets on a monthly basis in accordance with deadlines
- Reviews weekly posts for assigned clients; verifies schedules are posting in accordance with client guidelines and reports findings to Buying Team
- Validate and upload final monthly campaign lineups to Nielsen portal
- Input final Nielsen posted totals into UW platform
- Prepares and reviews client post-buy analyses for accuracy
- Works on ad hoc projects as needed
- Work directly with Traffic Supervisor to assist with Trafficking for clients as needed
- Manage traffic deadlines, create traffic instructions, and ensure delivery of materials and scheduling information to broadcast media outlets
- Provide traffic instructions and materials to broadcast media outlets for program schedules and media buys
- Act as mediator between the traffic house and station by managing station requests
- Field calls and emails from stations and buyers relating to missing copy/instructions
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position has no supervisory duties.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1 years of related experience preferred preferably in media-related or administrative capacity
- Proficiency in Excel and Word required
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Media Buying software, a plus
- Ability to effectively navigate the Internet preferred

Travel:
This position does not require regularly scheduled travel.

The salary for this role is $46,000. The successful candidate’s salary will depend on the actual ranges of current employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, geography, as well as the candidate’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
