Loan Processor / Mortgage Loan Processor in Medford, Wisconsin at TAYLOR CREDIT UNION

Taylor Credit Union is looking for a loan processor / mortgage loan processor to join our team. This position is responsible for the preparation and processing of loan documentation from origination through funding. If selected, you would be expected to process applications for real estate, business and consumer loans.

• Process loan documents for residential real estate, commercial and consumer loans.
• Organize, maintain and assemble loan files.
• Escrow analysis, accounting and payment distribution.
• Support the loan officers in ensuring documentation is received and deadlines for closing the loan are met.
• Communicate with members to request or provide information, and resolve their requests and questions
• Actively cross-sell Taylor Credit Union products and services
• Go the “extra mile” to build relationships, member loyalty and satisfaction throughout the underwriting process

• Prior office, financial experience, or business-related education preferred.
• Proficient with computers and banking applications/software
• Solid understanding of lending products and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Member satisfaction orientation and sales competencies
• Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) - encouraged
