As a Corporate Development Analyst, you’ll be a key player in evaluating potential acquisitions and supporting exciting corporate initiatives! 💼✨ This dynamic role involves financial analysis, due diligence, acquisition reporting, and preparing presentations for our Future Partners, our Executive team, and our Board of Directors. You’ll also contribute to special projects and ad-hoc tasks that help drive the growth of our organization. 🚀

• 📊 Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to evaluate acquisition opportunities

• 🔍 Assist in the due diligence process, ensuring thorough evaluation and documentation

• 📈 Manage the acquisition pipeline and provide regular updates to stakeholders

• 🖥️ Prepare presentations for our Future Partners, our Executive team, and our Board of Directors

• 🤝 Collaborate on special projects and support corporate development initiatives

• ✅ Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all deliverables

• 📝 Other tasks as assigned

• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field

• 🏢 Experience in a similar corporate development role

• 💼 Experience in corporate development, investment banking, management consulting, or professional accounting is a plus

• 🎓 Pursuing CPA, CBV, CFA, or MBA considered an asset

• ✍️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• 📊 Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite

• 💡 Strong understanding of finance concepts and financial statements

• 🧠 Analytical thinker providing actionable insights

• 🎯 High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

• ⏱️ Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• French language skills considered an asset
