Machine Operator at Filterbuy – Talladega, Alabama

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and set up machines for production.
• Operate machines, monitor settings, and ensure efficiency.
• Inspect machines and materials for accuracy and quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues quickly.
• Maintain records of approved and defective material.
• Train new or junior operators.
• Follow safety guidelines and production instructions.
• Perform routine maintenance and prepare machines before shifts.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday (5:00pm- 3:30am)

Qualifications:

• Two (2) to Three (3) years hands-on experience operating manufacturing machinery preferred.
• Prefer bilingual operator (English/Spanish)
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Capable of safely lifting approximately 40 lbs.
• Must be able to maintain attention to detail and manage multiple aspects of the production process simultaneously.
