Key Responsibility:

1. Conduct market research and analysis of competitors based on the market environment, and constantly explore Chinese and Asian restaurants with order potential.

2. Independently conduct business negotiations and reach cooperation with merchants, be responsible for information collection, product training, and platform background operation.

3. Regular merchant visits, apply for and timely layout/replace merchant materials for merchants.

4. Understand the real problems of merchants, and propose solutions and suggestions according to the different needs of merchants.

5. Actively solve the problems and emergencies encountered by merchants in their daily operations.

6. According to the needs of merchants and data indicators, through collaboration with colleagues in the marketing department, delivery department, and other departments, promote the increase of merchant transaction volume and order numbers

7. Manage and maintain a healthy and stable strategic partnership between merchants and the platform, optimize merchant experience, and achieve win-win cooperation between both partiesOther duties and responsibilities as required by management.

Requirements:

1. Customer service focused: committed to providing exceptional customer service across all channels – written, phone, and face to face

2. Communication: the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication styles depending upon the audience

3. Attention to detail: excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally

4. Commerciality: the ability to apply knowledge in a practical, commercial manner

5. Required to have at least 1 year of related experience
