The Senior Data Analyst will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful migration of SDAR’s data systems from MMSI to iMIS. This position will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, security, and integrity of all data assets. The ideal candidate is:

Lead the data migration process from MMSI to iMIS, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and data integrity throughoutServe as the primary contact for data-related tasks, including list segmentation and data pullsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, the Board of Directors, and the Association’s Account ExecutiveDevelop, implement, and maintain data quality standards and governance practicesCreate and manage dashboards and reports to support business decision-makingConduct root cause analysis of data inconsistencies and resolve data issuesDesign queries, procedures, and scripts for automated data processingMonitor database performance and optimize queries to improve efficiencyEnsure compliance with data privacy regulations and organizational policiesSupport ad hoc analysis and strategic initiatives led by the CEOQualifications

Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred)5+ years of experience in data analysis, database management, or business intelligence rolesProven experience with data migration projects and enterprise data systemsExpertise in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and ExcelFamiliarity with iMIS or similar association management systems is highly desirableUnderstanding of data governance, quality control, and best practices
