Service Laborer

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain a variety of tools and equipment, including excavators, skid steers, and manlifts, ensuring proper use and safety.

- Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites efficiently.

- Perform general labor tasks such as site cleanup, material handling, and assisting tradespeople as needed.

- Follow safety protocols diligently and wear appropriate protective gear to maintain a safe and clean work environment.

- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met.

- Perform additional duties as assigned by the crew leader or supervisor to support project success.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Prior experience operating construction equipment such as excavators, skid steers, or manlifts is preferred.

- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.

- Strong attention to safety procedures and protocols.

- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.

- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe work environment.

- Basic understanding of construction site operations is a plus.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
