Hiring Immediately Experienced Residential Superintendents Only
Pro Builders Express Inc is seeking a highly experienced Residential Construction Superintendent to lead on-site operations for new home construction and remodeling projects throughout the La Mirada / Los Angeles area.
This is a field leadership role for a proven superintendent who can run jobs independently, manage subcontractors, maintain schedules, and ensure high-quality residential builds from start to finish.
You will be the primary on-site authority, responsible for turning plans into completed homes while maintaining safety, quality, and production timelines.

$90,000 $120,000+ annually (based on experience)

As the on-site Residential Construction Superintendent, you will oversee all daily field operations and ensure projects stay on schedule, on budget, and up to quality standards.
Core Responsibilities:
Manage daily on-site residential construction activities (new builds + remodels)
Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and trade partners
Maintain strict adherence to project schedules and milestones
Schedule and coordinate material deliveries and inspections
Ensure jobsite safety, cleanliness, and organization
Review construction plans and ensure accurate execution in the field
Communicate with homeowners, inspectors, and project stakeholders
Maintain daily job logs, progress updates, and documentation
Identify and resolve field issues quickly to prevent delays
Ensure workmanship meets company quality standards
Required:
10+ years of residential construction experience (superintendent or equivalent leadership role)
Strong knowledge of residential building codes, materials, and methods
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and architectural drawings
Proven experience managing subcontractors and jobsite operations
Strong organizational and scheduling skills
Reliable transportation (preferably a pickup truck)
Basic computer literacy (email, logs, scheduling tools)
Strong leadership and communication skills in the field
High-end residential construction or custom home experience
Experience managing multiple projects or overlapping job sites
Familiarity with construction management software or digital job tracking tools
Strong problem-solving ability in fast-moving field environments
MondayFriday
Occasional weekends if project demands require it
Project-based field work across residential job sites in the LA area
