About Win Win is a leading provider of shelter, supportive housing, and innovative programs for families with children experiencing homelessness, in New York City. Our equity-driven Way to Win model takes a multifaceted approach to overcoming barriers to stable housing by offering essential services, including childcare, employment support, legal aid, high-impact youth programs, and housing assistance. We are seeking dedicated individuals who share our mission to end homelessness and provide families with the innovative support they need to secure permanent housing.
Purpose of the Opportunity The experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) will assist in aligning Win’s people strategy with its business strategy. The HRBP will serve as both an administrative expert as well as a people champion, a change agent, and a strategic partner for the business. Together with program leaders, the HRBP will work on setting strategic priorities, driving values, and delivering business results. In this role, the HRBP will be expected to be front facing with the business and build sound working relationships with both managers and staff in facilitating all their Human Capital needs. This skilled Human Capital generalist will leverage the resources of all the Center of Excellence (CoE) areas in Human Capital in delivering the best-in-class employee experience to our staff as well as supporting our leaders in a resourceful and consistent manner.
