About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled New Grad to join our team as a Med Surg Nurse. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of the unit. You will work closely with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to deliver the highest quality of care to our patients. As a Med Surg Nurse, you will play a critical role in the recovery and well-being of our patients.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Active RN license
• BLS certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• ACLS certification
• Experience with electronic medical records

Responsibilities:

• Assessing and monitoring patient conditions and providing appropriate care
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Ensuring the safety and comfort of patients at all times

Skills:

As a Med Surg Nurse, you will utilize your strong clinical skills, critical thinking abilities, and attention to detail to provide exceptional patient care. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals.
