In this role, you will serve as the strategic owner of client relationships, ensuring long-term success, satisfaction, and growth across a portfolio of accounts. You will act as the key bridge between clients and internal teams, driving software adoption, aligning expectations, and delivering measurable value. This position combines relationship management, strategic consulting, and cross-functional coordination in a dynamic, mission-driven environment. - Own and manage client relationships post-sale, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to ongoing engagement
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders, establishing trust and long-term alignment
- Drive software adoption and ensure clients achieve measurable value from implemented solutions
- Monitor usage trends and identify opportunities for expansion, upselling, and cross-selling
- Coordinate with internal teams (product, technology, and operations) to align client needs with delivered solutions
- Establish and maintain regular communication cadences, including client check-ins and strategic reviews
- Track account performance, risks, and engagement progress, ensuring proactive issue resolution
- Support renewal processes and contribute to account growth strategies and forecasting
- Act as the escalation point during complex or high-risk situations, ensuring client satisfaction and stability
- Gather client feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of products and services
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 8+ years of experience in account management, client success, strategic consulting, or enterprise software relationship management
- 5+ years of experience in life sciences, compliance, regulatory, or quality-related environments
- Proven ability to manage complex client relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product and technical teams
- Strong strategic thinking with a data-driven approach to client engagement and performance tracking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong business acumen and ability to identify client needs and growth opportunities
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a remote work environment
- Experience in clinical research, pharmaceutical development, or related industries is a plus
- Competitive salary ranging from $94,000 to $173,000, with potential performance-based bonuses
