The Opportunity
As a Data Cleansing Analyst you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of material master data. You’ll work closely with team members and Operations Director to analyze, standardize, and enhance data records according to established company SOP standards. Your contributions will directly support the success of our clients and the integrity of their data systems.
Core responsibilities:
- Data Cleansing: Analyze, standardize, and enhance material master data records in alignment with company SOPs.
- Productivity Goals: Maintain a daily output according to the complexity of the projects and customers assigned.
- Time Management: Balance time effectively between analysis, cleansing, and research to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaboration: Communicate regularly with teammates to resolve issues and ensure alignment.
- Accountability: Take ownership of your work, identify challenges, and proactively seek support or training when needed.
- Flexibility: Be available for overtime when necessary to meet project deadlines.
- Customer engagement: Have a customer-first approach and respond to requests and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Bachelor's degree or 5 years of relevant experience in data entry, cleansing, or related fields.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Attention to detail.
- Knowledge of industrial spare parts is a plus.
- Multilingual capabilities are a bonus.
- Comfortable with extended periods of computer use and screen time.
