Hourly Range ($17.00 to $17.50 per hour)
Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:00pm

Job Summary
The Service Department Concierge plays a key role in delivering a world-class client experience by maintaining a clean, welcoming environment and providing attentive hospitality support throughout each customer’s visit.

Qualifications
- General customer service experience
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Strong work ethic
- Punctual and reliable
- Willing to assist others as needed
- Professional appearance and friendly personality
Primary Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival
- Prepare and maintain the coffee bar and refreshment area, ensuring it is fully stocked, clean, and presentable at all times
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness of the waiting area and customer-facing spaces
- Assist the cashier team with basic tasks such as directing customers, organizing paperwork, or facilitating customer flow
- Provide general assistance to customers, answering basic questions and directing them to the appropriate team member
- Help create a World-Class client experience for all
