Lutheran Home Hearthstone Assisted Living is hiring a Concierge to support daily front desk operations in our senior living community. This is a PRN, flexible role with competitive pay, strong team support, and a mission-driven culture.

What You’ll Do

· Serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors
· Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment
· Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and front desk operations
· Assist with scheduling, coordination, and communication across departments
· Support daily operations and ensure a smooth, organized front desk experience
· Help foster a positive and professional atmosphere within the community

Required Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent required
· At least six months of clerical experience and/or training, or equivalent combination
· Prior concierge or customer service experience preferred (senior living a plus)
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office
· Ability to follow oral and written instructions

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience working in a senior living or healthcare environment
