We are seeking a Bellman to join our team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Guest Arrival & Departure
- Greet guests warmly at the hotel entrance and provide immediate assistance.
- Transport guest luggage to and from rooms upon check-in and check-out.
- Escort guests to their rooms, offering an introduction to hotel amenities and room features (e.g., thermostat, lighting, in-room safe).
- Maintain a clean, organized lobby and bell stand area.
Guest Support & Information
- Provide accurate information regarding property amenities, hours of operation, services, and local attractions.
- Assist with guest inquiries and special requests, coordinating with front desk and other departments.
- Retrieve and deliver packages for the front desk department. (internal)
Transportation & Vehicle Assistance
- Arrange transportation including taxis, shuttles, and ride-share services.
- Assist guests in and out of vehicles, load/unload luggage, and communicate parking procedures. (as needed)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Strong customer service and hospitality skills with a warm, welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy hotel environment.
- Clear, professional communication and etiquette.
- Knowledge of local area attractions, transportation, and services preferred.
- In addition to the list items this person maybe instructed to perform other duties reasonable to the above outlined.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Frequent standing, walking, lifting, and movement throughout shifts.
- Ability to lift and move 50 lbs. independently; items over 75 lbs. with assistance.
- Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
AVAILABILITY
This company operates seven days a week, 24 hours a day. At times it may be necessary to move you from your accustomed workday, to include Holidays, or time of work if business or task assignments demand. In addition, it should be understood that business needs determine the number of hours that you work.
