This role is central to enabling sales efficiency, revenue predictability, and operational excellence within a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment. You will act as a key partner to sales teams by ensuring smooth CRM operations, accurate data management, and seamless execution of core sales processes. The position involves close collaboration with multiple cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, Deal Desk, Order Management, and Sales Leadership. You will contribute directly to improving sales productivity through process optimization, automation, and high-quality reporting. This is a highly detail-oriented and impact-driven role where precision, speed, and strong analytical thinking are essential. You will also support strategic business reviews and help scale operational best practices across global teams working in a night-shift aligned model.
- Support end-to-end CRM operations including quoting, opportunity updates, account ownership changes, and sales data accuracy within Salesforce.
- Manage user access and onboarding/offboarding processes for sales tools such as SFDC, Clari, Tableau, and related systems.
- Collaborate with Order Management, Finance, Deal Desk, Sales, and Product Operations to ensure accurate reporting and smooth deal execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for field sales teams regarding operational queries and process guidance.
- Assist in preparing and organizing data and materials for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Drive process improvement initiatives and ad hoc projects aimed at increasing efficiency and sales productivity.
- Ensure consistent data quality and support operational reporting across large datasets.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar analytical/operational role.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Business, Finance, or related fields.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC), CPQ tools, Clari, and advanced Excel (large dataset management, reporting, and analysis).
- Proven experience in quote building, pricing operations, and supporting enterprise or large-scale sales organizations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex operational challenges.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
