We’re looking for someone who brings organization, field awareness, and a collaborative mindset.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experienceExperience supporting projects in events, operations, or related industriesStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesWorking knowledge of schedules, logistics, and on‑site coordinationAbility to read and understand basic diagrams, floor plans, and layoutsFamiliarity with structure types, sizes, and proper installation practicesComfort working in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environmentsStrong communication and teamwork skillsWillingness and ability to travel 75% or more of the time
