With a large client list that continues to grow daily, We are currently seeking a talented Service HVAC Technician to join our award winning team!

Job Description:

As a Service HVAC Technician at Powell’s Plumbing & Air, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, installing, and servicing a wide range of HVAC systems. Your expertise will play a crucial role in maintaining the functionality and safety of our clients' HVAC systems, while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Installing and mantaining system: Insatll HVAC systems, including electrical components and wiring. Maintian systems to ensure optimal indoor air quality and comfort.

-Repairing systems: Repair or replace worn or defective parts, such as condensers, compressors,pumps,valves,motors,and belts.

- Conduct thorough inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential problems and

recommend necessary maintenance or repairs.

- Respond promptly to emergency service calls, addressing urgent HVAC issues and

minimizing damage.

- Interact professionally with clients, explaining HVAC issues and repair options

clearly and respectfully.

- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, parts used, and other relevant

information.

- Adhere to local HVAC codes, safety regulations, and industry standards to ensure

the quality and safety of work.

- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow and provide

effective solutions.

- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems,and equipment.

- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing HAVC issues effectively.

- Residential and Commercial settings.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations with composure.

- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

- Valid HVAC license/certification is a plus.

- Physical ability to perform HAVC tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working

in confined spaces.

Schedule:

7:30am - 5:00pm with rotating extended hours on call schedules.

Experience:

HVAC: 4 years (Required)

Driver's License (Required)

Work Location: Pending daily schedule

CFC/EPA License

Requirements:

Requirements:

4 years minimum experience in all aspects of residential and commercial HVAC

CFC/EPA License Universal/ Type 2 required

Journeyman, Master,HAVC and Backflow Certification is a plus (but not

required)

Must be able to pass drug/alcohol screening and background check

Must possess a valid driver's license and have a good driving record
