Salary is determined based on individual experience, and the range may not include differentials which are based on team assignment. The salary range posted reflects the starting salary for the position and does not represent the maximum potential earnings.

Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday 10am-3pm (w/ some flexibility)

What You’ll Do:

• Implement individualized treatment and exercise programs that support each student’s motor and mobility goals
• Deliver treatment plans and exercise programs based on Physical Therapy assessments and IEP goals
• Train staff on adaptive equipment use and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
• Support classroom and residential accommodations

What You’ll Need:

• Associate’s degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program (Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education)
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant
• Three years of pediatric experience preferred (experience with autism or developmental disabilities a plus).
• Strong communication, teamwork, and observation skills.
