Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Administrative Operations Manager.

Duties:

  • Support the Club Manager and oversee gym operations through administrative tasks and team support.
  • Foster a culture of learning, growth, and collaboration within the team.
  • Communicate and implement club policies and procedures to staff members.
  • Encourage a team-oriented environment to drive productivity.
  • Demonstrate strong decision-making skills in daily operations.
  • Assist in the interviewing and hiring process to onboard talented team members weekly.
  • Promote a professional, welcoming atmosphere to enhance the member experience.
  • Ensure the club meets all cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and security standards.
