Job Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Compliance to lead our compliance initiatives and ensure that our organization adheres to all regulatory requirements and internal policies. This leadership role is critical in safeguarding the integrity of our operations and maintaining the trust of our stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial compliance, risk management, and internal auditing, with a deep understanding of regulatory requirements related to payment processing, anti-money laundering (AML), and data privacy.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance programs to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
  • Establish compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with compliance policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies for mitigation.
  • Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements and industry standards affecting the organization.
  • Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance-related matters, fostering a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
  • Prepare reports for senior management and the board regarding compliance status and emerging risks.
  • Liaise with external auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders as necessary.
