We are currently seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Concierge to join our team and contribute to the welcoming atmosphere at our club.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries and providing accurate information to members and guests.
• Take reservations for dining, special events, and member services with attention to detail and efficiency.
• Manage the coat check service, ensuring guests' belongings are securely handled and properly logged.
• Maintain clear communication with club members, staff, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) to manage schedules, communicate with guests, and assist with administrative tasks.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all members and guests.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as needed to support the club's daily operations.

• Previous customer-facing experience, ideally in hospitality or a similar role.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
