Position: Unarmed Security Officer, Pool Monitor, Overnight Security Officer

Location: Site are within San Diego County which includes the city, East and North County

Hours: 16-40 per week

Pay: $17 - $18 (Depending on experience and site location)

Shifts: Swings and graves

Must have open availability and flexibility as initial work schedules may vary depending on the shift.

Requirements:

• Valid BSIS Guard Card
• Reliable transportation
• Working cell phone
• Must be able to clearly speak, read, and write English
• Must be physically able to stand and walk for 8-hour shifts or longer

Key Responsibilities: (Additional duties may be assigned as needed)

• Create a security presence for our client.
• Detect, observe, and report suspicious persons or activities to management or designated staff contact.
• Conduct continuous foot patrols of the property to ensure no trespassers gain access. Keeping the area clear of unauthorized visitors.
• Work with a team to resolve security issues on property.
• Write detailed reports documenting accidents or unusual events.
• Access control- Ensure all persons entering the property have been checked and are approved before proceeding to enter the property.
• Report faulty equipment on the property that can be a security issue or safety hazard.
• Use security equipment to conduct checkpoint scans on the premises.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 experience in contract security is a plus.
• Valid BSIS Guard Card.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Dedication to delivering exceptional security services.
• Great customer service.
• Good report writing skills.
• Attention to detail.
